This blend of the best cuvees of the year combines the three grape varieties, vinified and aged in large and small oak barrels. This champagne offers dried fruit and grilled bread notes on the nose, as well as a powerful, structured palate highlighted by rich and balanced aromas. This aperitif champagne is aged for 8 years in our cellars.

Our Thibault de Champagne special cuvee marks the beginning of our partnership with our eldest son Thibault. We use the best cuvees from the three grape varieties, exclusively from our old vines. This blend of old vintages offers rich, spicy and buttery notes which will perfectly complement a fine meal. Aged for 3 years in our cellars.
